Our office is at Number 33 in the Ganesh Market area of Lakkar Bazar. It’s right in the heart of Ludhiana Central. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s always packed with people and traffic. We’ve been operating out of this spot for several years. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We work in a few rooms that are filled with samples, papers, and all sorts of things related to the brands we help out. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a waiting lounge. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks or talking on the phone. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress up in suits. It’s a practical environment. Ludhiana is a hardworking city, and we fit right in with that. We get our tea from the same guy every afternoon. It’s a small routine that keeps us going. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just like doing what we do for the local businesses around here. The market is noisy, but once you step inside our door, it’s a bit more manageable. We just keep doing our thing, day after day, and that seems to work out fine. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit.
