We're based out of No. 24 in the Ganesh Market area. It's located near Lakkar B and the Karabara Chowk, right on S S Road. If you know the area, you know it's a hub for trading and moving goods. Our space is more of a functional unit than a fancy office. We have piles of inventory and boxes stacked up, and there’s always a list of things to be checked or sent out. Being in Ganesh Market means we’re right in the middle of the action. It can get pretty chaotic with the rickshaws and the delivery tempos blocking the way, but you get used to the noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the ledgers. It's a lot of back-and-forth work, making sure things arrive where they're supposed to. We don't have a mission statement or anything; we just try to keep the business moving. The air in the market is always thick with the smell of the city, and the sounds of people haggling or engines revving are just background noise to us now. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors are all doing similar things, so there’s a sense of being in it together. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we keep things simple. If the lights are on and the door is open, we’re probably inside counting stock or talking to a driver about a shipment.
