Arman Hair Saloon

Our place is in Salem Tabri, right next to Dr Arun Jain Clinic in Saroop Nagar. If you are looking for us, just find the clinic and we are right there. It is a busy part of Ludhiana and there is always something going on in the street. We started this saloon because we knew the area well and people needed a place for a quick cut. It is not a very big shop, just enough room for a couple of chairs and a bench for people to sit while they wait. We get a lot of people who are visiting the clinic or just living nearby in the colony. The walls are painted a light blue, but they are getting a bit faded now. We keep the tools clean and the scissors sharp, which is what matters most to the guys coming in. There is no air conditioning, just the windows and a fan, so it gets a bit stuffy in the peak of summer. We talk a lot with the regulars about local stuff like the weather or the price of things at the market. It is a simple life here. We open early in the morning and stay until the last customer leaves in the evening. There are no fancy treatments or expensive products on the shelves. We just do hair and shaves like it has always been done. Most of the kids in the neighborhood have had their first haircut in these chairs. We are just part of the street.
