Ambika Beauty Parlour & Training Center

Ambika Beauty Parlour & Training Center is located in the Mohalla Bandian area of Purana Bazar. The building is B-I V-1516, and we are very close to the Arya Girls Senior Secondary School in Ludhiana Central. Because we are near the school, we see a lot of students and teachers walking past every morning and afternoon. The Purana Bazar is an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always full of life. We have a space here where we do beauty treatments and also teach girls how to start their own parlours. It’s a busy atmosphere with students practicing on each other while I watch over them. The school nearby means we get a lot of young girls coming in for a quick haircut or to get their eyebrows done before a function. We have been here for a long time, and the walls probably need a new coat of paint soon. There is a lot of history in this Mohalla, and we feel like a part of the community. I spend my time between checking the students' work and handling the regular customers who have been coming to me for years. It’s a practical place, focused on teaching a trade and helping people look a bit neater. We don't use any corporate talk here, just plain English and local language to get through the day's work.
