Latouche Road is always a bit hectic, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out and about. We have a small setup where we handle travel bookings and talk to people about where they need to go. Most of the time, we are just sitting here at the desks dealing with schedules and paperwork. It is a lot of looking at screens and making phone calls to figure things out for people who walk in. The building is older and has that specific feel of a busy Lucknow street. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything is handled right. You can hear the horns honking outside all day long. It is a good spot because people know the R.T.O. landmark, so they don't get lost trying to find our door. We deal with all sorts of travelers, from families going on holiday to people just heading out for work in another city.
