We operate out of Ravinder Garden in Aliganj, Lucknow. The house number is C-138, in Sector E. Vivek has been running things from here for a while. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly peaceful. We have a front room that we use for all our business stuff. There are piles of books and folders everywhere. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Mostly. Sometimes we lose a pen or a stapler, but it turns up eventually. The garden outside is nice to look at when we need a minute to think. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes and opens it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on our keyboards. Lucknow gets really hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. We drink a lot of cold water. Our work is pretty straightforward. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just take care of the daily chores and handle the requests that come in. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. No one is breathing down our necks. We just set our own pace and get things finished. It’s a decent way to earn a living. We’re just regular folks doing our thing at C-138.
