Kaizen Infotech

Kaizen Infotech is located right in Salamat Complex. We are directly opposite Mahindra Composite, which makes it pretty easy for people to find where we are. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the walls. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. Being across from a big place like Mahindra Composite means there is always traffic and people moving around outside. It gets a bit noisy during the lunch hour. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The air conditioning sometimes makes a rattling sound, but it keeps the servers cool enough. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no big meetings or corporate speeches. We just show up, sit at our stations, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the list. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, and you can see the office lights from the street. It’s a regular IT setup in a busy part of town. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer because the days can get long and we get hungry. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the systems running and the work moving forward. Salamat Complex is a decent place to be based, even with the parking being a bit tight in the afternoons when everyone is out on the street.
