Our spot is right at No. 1057 on Faizabad Road in Block A of Indira Nagar. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of movement and noise right outside our door. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle various service tasks throughout the day. There are a lot of desks and a few computers, and usually some equipment waiting to be looked at or repaired. Being in Indira Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient but also quite hectic sometimes. We don't have a fancy lobby; people just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the desk. The carpet is a bit worn from all the foot traffic over the years, but we don't mind much as long as the work gets done correctly. We handle a lot of paperwork and technical stuff, so there are always manuals and tools lying around on the benches. The staff here has been together for a while, so we just get on with things without needing much direction. Sometimes the afternoon sun makes the front windows quite hot, so we keep the blinds pulled down and turn up the fans. It’s just a normal service center where we try to keep up with the demands of the day. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It is a very practical way to spend the work week, focusing on the tasks that come our way.
