Info Computer Systems

We've been over here at Info Computer Systems for a while now. If you head toward the Chowk Power House area by the Medical College, you'll find us. It’s a busy spot with lots of students and hospital staff walking by every day. We spend most of our time looking at screens and opening up computer towers to see what's wrong. Sometimes it's a slow fan or a screen that won't turn on. People stop in because their laptop crashed right before a deadline. We just take it in and see what we can do. The shop isn't fancy, just some desks and a lot of spare parts lying around. It gets a bit dusty with all the fans running, but that's just how it is. We know most of the regulars who work at the nearby shops. It’s a decent place to work. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just see the sign while they're going to the pharmacy or the college gates. Sometimes the power flickers because of the substation nearby, but we have backups for that. We try to stay busy and keep the inventory organized, though it usually ends up in piles by the end of the week. There’s always someone coming in asking for a cable or a mouse. We just hand them what they need and go back to whatever we were fixing. It’s steady work and we like being in this part of town. It feels like we're part of the neighborhood fabric.
