Ummy Travels

Ummy Travels operates out of House Number 104 in Ganj Plaza. Being in Hazratganj means we are right in the thick of things. It’s the kind of building where you see people rushing in and out all day. Our space is tucked away, and it’s where we do all our planning and booking. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and a lot of cords running across the floor for the printers. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re mostly busy looking at screens and talking to airlines. Every now and then, a customer comes in and stays for an hour just chatting about their old trips. We don't mind. It breaks up the day. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. We keep a stack of calendars on the wall to track everything. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we’re handling multiple bookings at once. We’ve been in Ganj Plaza for a while, and we like the convenience of it. Everything you need is right outside the door. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure things get done properly. We handle the paperwork, deal with the cancellations, and just keep the business moving along. It’s just an honest day’s work in the heart of the city.
