Trip Musafir

Trip Musafir is located right inside Hotel Shanta Inn. If you are near the Naka Gurudwara in Charbagh, we are very easy to spot. It is a very busy part of Lucknow, especially with the hotel guests and people coming from the nearby markets. Since we are based in the hotel, we get a lot of travelers who have just arrived and need help figuring out what to do next. We do a lot of local sightseeing bookings and help people get to the airport or the station. The atmosphere here is always moving. There is always someone checking in or out, and we are right there in the middle of it. We don't have a separate building, just our desk and some equipment inside the inn. It’s a practical setup because we can talk to people while they wait for their rooms. We’ve been doing this for a few years and have learned a lot about what people actually need when they visit the city. It isn't a fancy travel agency with brochures everywhere; it’s more of a service for people who are already on the move. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls so the guests don’t have to worry about it. Most of the time we are just busy coordinating with drivers or checking train schedules on the computer. It’s a hectic spot but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the city.
