You can find us at Ugf-65 in the Adarsh Complex. We are right by the Engineering College Crossing on the Ring Road in Jankipuram, Lucknow. Being near the Engineering College Chauraha means there is always a lot of energy around here, mostly from students and people heading to work. Our spot in the complex is easy to get to once you’re in the building. We spend our days dealing with travel plans and talking to folks who want to go somewhere. The Ring Road is always humming with cars and buses, so there’s never a quiet moment outside. Inside, we just have our basic setup to manage the bookings. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more like a place where you can come in and just talk about what you need. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just wait it out like everyone else in Jankipuram. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the schedules are right and the customers are satisfied with their plans. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and writing down details. We like being in this part of town because it feels alive, and there’s always something happening right outside the Adarsh Complex doors at the crossing.
