Travelasa Online.Com is located on the first floor of the Lekhraj Dollar building, at number 1570. We are in the Indira Nagar area, very close to the Polytechnic crossing. It’s a very well-known spot in Lucknow because so many buses and autos pass through there. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed. We are a small team working on travel bookings through our online platform and for walk-in customers. Even though the name sounds technical, we are just regular people behind the screens. We spend a lot of our time clicking through various websites to find the right prices for people. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and the occasional tea break. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We have stacks of files and some old posters on the walls. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. We handle a lot of inquiries every day, some through the site and some over the phone. It’s a mix of local folks and people from further away. We just try to keep things organized so that when someone books a trip, everything goes according to plan. It’s steady work and we like being in such a busy part of town. We are usually here until late in the evening getting things sorted out for tomorrow.
