You’ll find us at number 9 in the Ameen Complex, which is on Rani Laxmi Bai Marg in Hazratganj. We are quite close to the Fab India store, so that’s a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Our office is just a regular spot where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements. Hazratganj is the heart of the city, so it’s always busy around here. We get a mix of people coming in—some business travelers and some families planning a vacation. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we keep our files and computers. We spend our days looking at screens, comparing different travel options for whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of coordination work with different companies. We don't really have a grand vision or anything; we just want to make sure the bookings are done correctly. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it can get a bit stressful, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been here long enough that we don't need to do much advertising. People usually find us because they are already in the area for shopping or work. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand, making sure we get the details right for every trip we book. It’s a steady, everyday kind of business for us. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when it’s busy outside on the main road.
