Technocop Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is over at Sarla Tower in Sector-62. We’re on the second floor, Plot No-132. It’s right across from the IIM Lucknow College, so there are always students and people walking around the area. The Park Accent Hotel is the main landmark people use to find us if they get lost. It’s a decent area, though traffic can get stuck near the college gates during certain times of the day. Our office is pretty straightforward inside. We have a few rows of desks and a lot of cables running along the floor. That’s just how technology companies end up looking when you’re actually getting work done. We don't have those colorful bean bags or fancy game rooms you see in movies about startups. It’s just a place for work. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow quite a lot. There are more shops and lunch spots now than when we first moved in. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational corporation with a hundred rules. We’re just a group of people who know their way around computers and different systems. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we head out early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way of working for us. We don’t put on a show for visitors. If the whiteboard is covered in messy scribbles, that’s just how it is. It’s a real office with real people.
