We’ve been running our travel business from this office for quite a bit now. It’s just a small team of us here. We help people plan their trips and figure out their travel stuff without making it too complicated. The office gets a bit busy during the holiday seasons, but we try to give everyone enough time to explain what they need. We know the roads and the local spots pretty well. We aren’t a giant agency with thousands of employees, which we think is better because we actually talk to our customers face to face. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to have a tea and chat about the neighborhood and how things are going. Being near the ATM makes us easy to point out to people who haven't visited us before. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without any drama.
