Sky Travels

We are over here at S-6/210 in the Hal Sabji Mandi area of Indira Nagar. Being near the market means it’s always busy outside. We’ve been running Sky Travels from this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting with the computers, helping people figure out where they need to go. Lucknow is a big place, but Indira Nagar feels like its own little world sometimes. People drop by after doing their vegetable shopping to ask about train tickets or flights. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get things done. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the printer jams, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants to travel, we look up the options and tell them the price. There isn’t much more to it than that. We know the local roads and the shortcuts around here pretty well. It’s a bit noisy because of the market, but we like the energy. You get used to the sounds of the vendors and the traffic after a few weeks. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the bookings. We mostly focus on making sure the details are right so nobody gets stuck at an airport or station. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. It can be a bit stressful when systems go down, but we just wait it out and try again later.
