You can find Shailu Tours & Travels over in Vikas Nagar. We are at 14/447, which is basically right behind the Bala Ji Complex. It is a bit quieter back here than on the main road, which is actually quite nice for us. We have been running this place for a while now, mostly focusing on car rentals and local tours around Uttar Pradesh. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We spend our mornings checking on our drivers and making sure the cars are ready to go. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room; you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. Lucknow is a big city but Vikas Nagar feels like a small community, so we end up knowing most of our customers by their first names. Sometimes we help people with flight tickets too, but most folks come to us when they need a reliable vehicle for a wedding or a trip to the mountains. We grew up around here, so we know all the shortcuts and the best places to stop for tea on the highway. We just try to be helpful and keep the business running smoothly without any unnecessary fuss. It is just a regular local business where we show up every morning and do our best to get people where they need to go without making things too complicated.
