R K Tour And Travels

We started R K Tour And Travels out of our place in Vinay Khand 1, right here in Gomti Nagar. It isn’t a big office with fancy chairs, just a spot where we keep the car keys and handle the bookings. Lucknow gets really busy, so we spend most of our time on the phone or making sure the cars are clean for the next trip. We have been at E 1/229 for a while now. Some days it is just constant phone calls and checking the traffic reports near Gomti Nagar. The drivers are mostly local guys who know the shortcuts when the main roads get blocked up. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us trying to make sure the car shows up on time. Sometimes the weather is bad or the roads are under construction, which makes things tricky, but we try to keep things moving. We keep the registers manually mostly. It feels more personal that way. If you walk past Vinay Khand 1, you will probably see one of our white cars parked out front getting a quick wash. We just focus on the daily work and getting people where they need to go without too much fuss or extra talk. It is a simple business run by people who live in the neighborhood and know how the local streets work during the rush hour.
