Prime Travel Solution is located at 118/111 on Cantt Road. We’re quite close to Shubham Cinema, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The office is part of a busy stretch of road. We spend our days mostly answering the phone and typing out itineraries. It’s a bit of a routine, but we like it. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have a few folders organized by month on the shelves. Sometimes we lose a pen or two under the piles of paper, but we eventually find them. It’s a very normal office. There’s a small fan that whirs in the corner to keep the air moving. We aren't a big flashy agency with a front desk and a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We deal with a lot of regular people who just want to get from one place to another without a fuss. We sit here for most of the day, drinking water and checking the latest travel updates. The street outside can get quite loud with the buses going by, but we’ve grown accustomed to the noise. It’s just us here, doing the basic stuff like booking hotels and arranging cars. We don't use any fancy software, just the standard stuff that works. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in Lucknow.
