Om Tour And Travels is based in the Sahara Shopping Centre, right on the ground floor at S-165. This is on Faizabad Road in Indira Nagar, very close to the Lekhraj area. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Lucknow, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us. We focus on travel arrangements, whether it’s for a quick trip or something longer. The shopping center is usually bustling with people going to various shops. Our office is simple and stays pretty busy with walk-in customers. I’ve been working in the travel line for some years now. It’s mostly about looking up the best routes and trying to get the dates right for everyone. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s completely quiet for an hour. We don’t have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just help folks book their trips and get their tickets printed out. The ground floor location is nice because people don’t have to climb any stairs. There’s a lot of noise from the main road, but you get used to it after a while. If you’re near Lekhraj and need to talk about a trip, you can just walk in. We have a couple of chairs for people to wait. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the bookings, and head home at the end of the day. No complications, just travel work.
