It’s a bit more of a city setting than some other agro companies, but we are deeply involved with the farming community around the outskirts. Being in the 226012 zip code means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We work as a producer company, bringing together different folks who grow food and other crops. It’s a lot of coordinating and making phone calls to see who has what ready for the market. The office is usually cluttered with samples of grain or paperwork that needs signing. We don’t have a sleek corporate look because that’s not who we are. We are people who understand the struggle of the farmers and the reality of the markets. Lucknow is a big place, but the agricultural world here is actually quite small once you get to know everyone.
