You can find us in Janpriya Market, right at Shop No. Ugf-A on Kursi Road. We are quite close to Hari Masjid, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the place for the first time. Aliganj is a lively neighborhood and we have been part of it for some time now. Our shop is where we handle all the tour and travel work that comes our way. It’s just a simple space where we sit and talk to customers about where they need to go. We don't have any big corporate backing or a massive staff, just a few of us here making sure the bookings are done correctly. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we manage. The traffic on Kursi Road can be a bit much during peak hours, but that’s just Lucknow for you. We spend our time looking at maps, checking prices, and making sure the drivers are ready. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers. We try to be helpful whenever someone walks in with a question about a trip. It’s basic work, really. We just focus on getting the arrangements finished so people can get on with their plans. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a schedule to double-check before the day ends. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
