Modicab Tours & Travels

Our office is in Sumer Bhawan on Pandariba Road. We are quite close to the SBI branch in Charbagh. If you know Lucknow, you know Charbagh is the heart of all the travel action because of the big railway station. We are right in the middle of that hustle. Modicab Tours & Travels has been operating from here for some time. We mostly handle cabs and tour bookings for people coming in and out of the city. The noise of the trains and the crowds is just part of our daily life. Our space is basic but it works for what we need. We have a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing and a few computers for the bookings. It’s a fast-paced environment because people are often in a hurry to catch a train or get to a hotel. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and making sure they are where they need to be. It’s not always easy with the Lucknow traffic, but we do what we can. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local business trying to help people get around. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s reliable. We like being near the station because there’s always something happening. It keeps us on our toes every single day. We deal with luggage, timings, and sudden plan changes without complaining. It is just the nature of the work here.
