You can find our office at Ug-28/29 in the Avadh Point Crossing area, right in Nakhash. We are located near the Bank of Baroda, which makes it easier for people to spot us in this part of Lucknow. Nakhash is a very old and busy part of the city, and we have been here for quite some time now. Our work is mostly about helping people plan their journeys and getting their travel documents in order. It’s a small office, but it stays busy because of where we are located. There’s always a lot of activity at the crossing, and that energy kind of spills into our shop too. We aren't trying to be some high-end agency; we are just regular folks who know a lot about travel routes and schedules. We spend most of our time answering questions and making sure bookings are confirmed. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or changes, and we just do our best to fix things. The office has seen many customers over the years, and many of them are just people from the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just open the doors every morning and start working through the tasks. It’s straightforward work that requires a bit of patience. We just keep things moving and try to be useful to anyone who walks in. It’s just how we have always done things here.
