Our office is over in Lekhraj Gold, which is a pretty well-known spot in Indira Nagar. If you live around here, you probably pass by it all the time. Being in Lucknow, especially this side of town, means dealing with a lot of traffic, but that is just part of the job for us. We spend most of our time coordinating where the cars are and making sure the drivers know where they are going. It’s not a very big office, just a place to keep the keys and the logs. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is calling at once or when the weather gets really hot and everyone wants a ride at the same time. We have been working out of this building for a bit now. The area is always crowded with people shopping or going to work. We just sit here, manage the bookings, and try to keep everything moving. It’s honest work. We aren't doing anything fancy, just making sure people can get from one place to another. You see a lot of different people coming through. Some are in a hurry, others are just visiting. We know the roads around Indira Nagar like the back of our hands by now. It’s just the daily life of running a cab business in a city that never really seems to slow down much. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day to keep us all moving forward.
