Our spot is out in the Chinhat Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No-F-3 on Dewa Road. Being so close to the big Tata Motors plant means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly the prettiest place to work, but it suits what we do just fine. Most days start with the sound of trucks moving and the smell of the nearby workshops. We’ve been operating out of this area for a long time, and we know most of the people running the other units around here. It gets quite dusty during the dry months, especially with the road traffic on Dewa Road constantly kicking things up. Inside the office, it’s mostly files and the sound of our equipment running. We don’t have any marketing people or a big front desk; it’s usually just the staff busy with their tasks. If someone comes by looking for L D Joshi & Company, they usually find us without too much trouble because we’re a known fixture in this part of Chinhat. Work keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and sometimes even Sundays if there’s a lot to catch up on. We focus on the practical side of things and don’t worry too much about having a polished image. It’s hard work, but we’ve got a rhythm down that keeps things moving forward every day.
