Lucknow Traders

Lucknow Traders is found at Plot No. 244/15 in Yahiyaganj. We are very close to the Gurudwara, which is a major landmark in this part of the city. Yahiyaganj is a really old and busy market area, so there’s always a lot of noise and people moving about. Our shop is tucked into one of the lanes here. It’s a small space, filled mostly with boxes and our desk. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it’s sturdy. The streets are quite narrow, so getting goods in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We usually have to time it right so we don't block the whole road. We don't have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, doing the work. The proximity to the Gurudwara means it’s always lively, and there’s a sense of community. We have tea with the other shopkeepers in the afternoons when things quiet down a little. We don't do any big advertising. People find us because they know the area or they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We just keep the shop open, handle the orders, and go home at the end of the day. That’s how it’s been at Plot 244/15 for as long as I can remember.
