G. C. Impex

G. C. Impex is down in the LG-25 unit of the Vasundhara Complex. This is on Kursi Road in the Aliganj area. Being in the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler than the upper levels, which is good during the summer. The complex is usually full of people going to different offices. We have our space set up with some heavy desks and lots of boxes from our import and export work. Kursi Road is a major route so there is always a lot of traffic noise coming from outside. We spend our days checking manifests and talking to shipping agents. The lighting inside is all fluorescent because we do not have many windows down here. It is a quiet place to work once you are inside the office. We have a small area where we keep our files and some samples of the things we trade. Aliganj is a busy part of the city and there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We usually just bring our own tiffin boxes and eat together at the main table. There is nothing fancy about our setup at LG-25. It is just a functional office where we handle the business of G. C. Impex. We have been in Vasundhara Complex for some time now and we know the security guards and the other tenants pretty well. It is just a normal daily grind for us.
