Our shop is at No.S-5/78 inside the Bhoothnath Market. It is a very busy area, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. We are situated right beside Scholares Shopper, so if you find them, you have found us too. This part of Gandi Market has a lot of energy, though it can get pretty loud with all the vendors calling out. At Agarwals Plastic & Crockeries, we spend most of our time unboxing new shipments and stacking plates on the shelves. There are piles of plastic buckets and stacks of ceramic cups everywhere you look. It is a bit of a maze inside, but we manage. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy displays. It is just a regular market shop with metal racks and a small counter for the ledger. The floor gets dusty because of all the foot traffic in the market, so we are always cleaning. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things get quiet for a minute. The lighting is just a few long tubes on the ceiling that hum a bit. It is not a polished showroom, but it has everything people need for their kitchens. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us a glass while we are sorting through the new arrivals. It is hard work staying organized in such a tight space, but this is how we have always done it.
