Kudaeat Gaon Farmer Producer Company is based at Anil Kumar’s place in the Asar Khara area of Lucknow. We are a group of farmers who decided to work together to handle our produce and supplies better. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls. It is just a regular house where we meet up and keep our things. We deal with the local crops and whatever the members of our group need for their work. Being in Lucknow, there are a lot of people to talk to, but we mostly focus on our own small circle in Asar Khara. Sometimes our meetings get a bit loud because everyone has their own opinion on how things should be done. We don't have any corporate branding or a marketing team. We just rely on each other to get the work finished. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we sit down together and figure it out. It is a very grassroots way of doing things. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields and then come back here to organize the distribution. The address is simple because we are just local people. We aren't trying to be some big national company. We just want to make sure that the farmers in our group get a fair deal for their hard work. It is a lot of responsibility, but doing it together makes it possible. We just want to keep the farm work going and stay busy.
