You can find us in the New Janpath Complex, which is on Ashok Marg in Hazratganj. Our shop is number 9-A on the lower ground floor, right beside the Talwar Petrol Pump. Hazratganj is a great place to be because there is always so much energy and so many people walking around. Journey Travel And Tourism has been part of this complex for a while now. Being in the basement level means it is a bit cooler in the summer, which we definitely appreciate. We handle a bit of everything here, from international flight bookings to local car rentals. The office is simple and functional. We have a couple of computers and some posters of different cities on the walls. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team of people who enjoy helping others plan their trips. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a few people come in at once, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Hazratganj over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. Most of our customers are folks who work in the nearby offices or people who are out shopping and decide to pop in. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a practical service for anyone in Lucknow who needs to get away for a few days or even a few weeks without any fuss.
