Jassu Cyber Cafe & Travels

We are over at Aliganj Plaza on the main Aliganj Road. It’s a good location, especially being so close to Mr. Brown, which most people around here know well. Our shop is a mix of a cyber cafe and a travel desk. It means we have people coming in for all sorts of reasons. Some need to print a document or check something online, while others are looking to book a trip or a car. It’s a bit of a multitask every day. The computers keep us busy, and so do the travel bookings. We have a few machines set up for public use, and then there’s the area where we handle the travel stuff. It gets pretty noisy with the sound of printers and people talking. It isn't a quiet library, that's for sure. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the systems. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of working in Lucknow. We just take things as they come. If someone needs a ticket or just needs to send an email, we help them out. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here in the plaza, trying to get the work done right.
