You can find us at LGF-9 in Krishna Complex. We are on Chandganj Garden Road, not far from Vivekanand Hospital. Being near the hospital means there is always something happening outside. People are always coming and going. Our office is on the lower ground floor, so you have to walk down a few steps to get to us. It is a cozy little spot. We have been helping people with their travel needs from this desk for quite some time. The room is filled with folders and some old calendars. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us who know the ropes. It gets a bit dark in the back of the complex, so we keep the lights on all day. Most people find us because they were already in the area or someone told them about us. We do not do much advertising. We just sit here and do the work as it comes. Sometimes the traffic on Garden Road makes it hard for people to park, so they usually just pull up for a minute or walk over from the main road. The monsoon season is a bit tricky because the water sometimes gathers near the entrance, but we manage. It is just a normal day-to-day business. We know the tea seller around the corner quite well. We keep things simple and try to help anyone who walks down those stairs.
