Human Health Farmers Producer Company is based out of Ashok Colony in Ganeshganj. Ashok Kumar Khandelwal’s place is where we mostly meet up to discuss things. The name might sound like we are in the medical business, but we are just farmers. We wanted to focus on growing things that are a bit cleaner, you know, without all the heavy chemical sprays that make people feel sick. It is a lot more work to do it that way. You spend half your time out there pulling weeds by hand because we don't use the strong stuff. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of shiny trucks. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork just gets piled up on the kitchen desk. We are learning how to run a business while also being out in the dirt every single day.
