You can find Hitech Holidays at Shop Number 13 on the first floor of Uday Plaza. We are in the Patrakarpuram area of Gomti Nagar, right near the Vishal Megamart. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the Megamart is. Even though the name sounds a bit modern, we are just a regular, local travel shop. We spend our time helping folks from around Lucknow 226002 plan their trips. It’s usually just a couple of us in the office, answering emails and picking up the phone. Travel can get complicated with all the different rules these days, so we just try to keep it simple for our customers. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. It's just a comfortable place where you can come in and talk about your plans. We do all the usual stuff—flights, trains, and finding places to stay. Being on the first floor of Uday Plaza, it’s a quick walk up the stairs to reach us. We've seen many people head off on their holidays and come back with stories. That’s the best part of the job, really. We don't have any scripted speeches or anything like that. We just help you get your travel sorted so you can get on with your life.
