You can find us at B-31 in Tej Kumar Plaza, which is right in the heart of Hazratganj in Lucknow. We are located just behind the Central Bank, so it’s a very central spot to be. The plaza is always bustling with people coming and going from all the different offices. Our space isn't very large, but it's where we handle all the paperwork and meetings for the day. Being in Hazratganj means there is always noise from the street and the constant sound of horns. Inside the office, it's mostly the sound of the keyboard and the phone ringing. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. It’s a bit of a maze in Tej Kumar Plaza if you aren't used to it, but once you find the bank, we are easy to spot. We don't go for fancy decorations or anything. It's just a plain office where we get our work done. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at one of the nearby stalls during the afternoon. The building is an older one, so the lifts are sometimes slow, but it's a good place to be based. We've been here for quite some time now, and we've seen the area change a lot. It’s just a regular workday for us, every day. We just keep our heads down and work.
