Gangadayal Cropscience Private Limited operates out of a building at 624/125 in New Gulista Colony. If you know Lucknow, you know this area is mostly residential and quiet, but the roads are a bit tight. We have our setup here and it works for what we need to do. We deal with cropscience, which mostly involves a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and farmers. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at ledgers. The office is just a regular room with some fans and old wooden tables. We don't have any marketing people or anyone to make things look pretty. Most days it’s just us and the delivery drivers coming in to pick up orders. Lucknow can get incredibly hot, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning before the sun really starts hitting the building. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and even though the address says Lucknow three times, it’s just our way of making sure the mail actually gets to us. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the products we handle are good enough for the people who buy them. It is a practical business run by regular people who live nearby. We usually close up around six and head home. There isn't much more to it than that.
