Fly Air Tours & Travels

Fly Air Tours & Travels is located right in the heart of Hazratganj. Our office is UGF-5 in Ashoka Tower on Ashok Marg. It is a good spot because we are right opposite Jawahar Bhawan, so there are always people moving around outside. We deal with a lot of travel bookings, mostly flights and train tickets. The office gets quite a bit of sun in the morning. We have a few computers and a lot of paper files stacked up on the shelves. It is not a corporate setup; it feels more like a place where neighbors come to talk about their upcoming trips. Hazratganj is always crowded, so finding a place to park can be a headache for our visitors, but people still manage to drop in. We spend a lot of time checking prices and looking at schedules on the screen. It can get stressful when a flight is cancelled and we have to fix things quickly, but that is just part of the job. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the regular customers by name. It is a simple life of helping people plan their journeys and making sure they have their documents ready. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come across the desk. There is always something to do when the phones start ringing in the morning.
