We have been working out of the third floor at Shalimar Titanium in Vibhuti Khand for a while now. Most people know the building around Gomti Nagar. It is a busy spot but we like it here because it is easy for everyone to find. Being in a place like this means we see a lot of different things happening every day. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing with big speeches or anything. Mostly, we just show up, get to our desks, and start working on whatever needs doing. It is a team of regular people who know their jobs. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we are all talking at once about a project, but that is just how we operate. We have had some good years and some slow ones too, which is just how business goes in this part of town. The stairs and elevators are usually busy, but once you get inside our space, it is just us doing our thing. We have got our routines down. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving forward without making a big fuss about it. If you are around Gomti Nagar, you have probably passed our building a dozen times without thinking much of it. That is fine by us. We are just here doing the work and keeping the lights on. It’s a simple setup really, nothing too complicated or over the top.
