Durgendra

Durgendra is found at Kbc19 near Nehru Chauraha in Alambagh. We are very close to Phoenix Mall, so the whole area is always packed with traffic and people going about their shopping. Our location is right in the thick of things. The building itself is a bit older, and you have to walk up some stairs to get to our section. We have several rooms because we often have many students coming in at the same time for different subjects. It is not a quiet place by any means; you can hear the horns from the chauraha and the chatter from the nearby shops all day long. We have basic benches and some long desks that have been around for quite a few years. There are fans on the ceiling that we keep running at full speed most of the year because Lucknow gets so hot. We do not have a polished front desk or any professional managers. It is just us and the students working through their syllabus. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. We keep a stack of extra pens and paper in a drawer because someone always forgets theirs. It is a busy, functional spot for anyone around Alambagh looking to spend some time on their studies.
