You can find us at Ram Saroj Apartment, right in the Hazratganj area of Lucknow. We are in unit G-1, which is quite close to National PG College. Being near the college means there are always a lot of students and young people walking past our door. At Duniya Online . Com, we handle a lot of different things, mostly related to travel and various online bookings that people find confusing to do on their own. The office isn't very large, but it’s organized enough so we can find what we need. We get a lot of walk-ins from the nearby offices in Hazratganj too. It is a busy part of town, so there is always some noise from the street, but we’re used to it by now. We started this because we noticed a lot of people weren't comfortable putting their details into websites and wanted a person they could talk to face-to-face. We don't use any fancy talk here. We just sit at the computer, look for the best options available, and tell you what the cost is going to be. Sometimes people come in with a lot of questions, and we just go through them one by one until they are satisfied. It’s a steady job and we like the location because everything is within walking distance. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long on those plastic chairs in the corner.
