You can find us at Shop Number 9 on Shahnajaf Road. We are right in the Hazratganj area, which is always full of life and people walking around. Our shop isn't very large, but it’s got enough room for us to work and for a couple of people to wait. We spend our time booking trips and helping people figure out their travel dates. Being in Hazratganj means we see all sorts of people every day. Some are just window shopping and others really need to get a trip sorted quickly. We don't have any scripted things to say. We just talk to people like normal and try to find a solution for their travel. The traffic on Shahnajaf Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us. It’s a straightforward business. We open the shutters in the morning, check the emails, and start taking calls. There’s a lot of paper involved sometimes, even with everything being digital now. We just keep things running as best as we can. There’s no big mystery to what we do. If you need to go somewhere, we check the options and let you know the cost. That’s pretty much the whole story of our day-to-day life here at the shop. We like the pace of this neighborhood even when it gets a bit loud and messy.
