Our team is small, and we mostly just work at our desks or head out to the fields when we need to see things for ourselves. There are always piles of books and papers around the office, as we are constantly trying to learn more. We don't do any big advertising or have a sales team. We just focus on the research and the practical side of farm sciences. Sometimes the work is slow, and it takes time to get the results we’re looking for. But we aren't in a huge rush to become some giant company. We just like what we do and we like being here in Lucknow. It’s a good place to be if you care about how things grow. We just take it one project at a time.
