Our business is tucked inside the Shri Balaji Complex over in the Tedhi Puliya area of Lucknow. It’s a busy spot, and the complex has a lot of different things going on. We have been here for a while, just doing our thing. The area around Tedhi Puliya is always crowded with people and vehicles, so there is never a dull moment. Our space in the complex is where we keep all our supplies and handle our daily operations. We aren't a big, polished corporation; we are more of a local operation. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big slogans. Instead, we just focus on the work we have in front of us. Most days involve a lot of organizing and talking to people who come through the door. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with boxes or papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just try to provide what people are looking for without making it complicated. It's a small team here, and we all pitch in to get things done. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of orders or customers to deal with at once. We’ve grown to know the rhythm of the complex and the people who work nearby. It’s just a regular part of our lives. We keep things simple and just try to be honest in how we handle our business every day. It works for us and the people who visit.
