Ayra Hatchery Private Limited is based out of Qazipur in Bhadohisant Ravi Das Nagar. You can find us at the place known as Ayub Rugs. Even though the name says rugs, we are focused on the hatchery side of things now. Raising birds is a whole different ball game than growing wheat or rice. It’s a 24-hour job. You have to keep an eye on the temperature, the feed, and the health of the chicks all the time. If you look away for a day, things can go wrong fast. We started this because there was a need for a reliable hatchery right here in our local area. We didn't want to have to travel long distances just to get good stock. It's a family-run kind of feel here. We aren't some massive industrial plant. We work in the shed, making sure everything is clean and the birds are doing okay. Bhadohi is famous for other things, but we are proud of what we’re doing with the hatchery. It’s a lot of manual labor and not much sleep during the hatching periods, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the stuff that actually works and keeps the birds healthy. We're just trying to provide for our families and help out other folks who want to raise poultry around here. It's simple, honest work that keeps us busy.
