Auctech Solutions

Auctech Solutions is tucked away in the Khushnuma Complex at G-9, right near the Denik Jagran Chauraha. We are on Mira Bai Marg in Lucknow. It is a busy part of the city, and the complex has all sorts of different businesses in it. We have a small office where we focus on tech solutions and helping out local firms with their digital needs. Lucknow is a great city to be in, even if the traffic near the chauraha gets a bit crazy in the afternoons. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or expensive decorations because that's not what we are here for. We are here to work on software and fix whatever tech bugs are bothering people. Our team is small, and we’ve all been doing this for a few years now. We talk to our customers like friends because many of them have been coming to us for a long time. There isn't any corporate policy manual on how to greet people; we just say hello and ask what’s wrong with their tech. Sometimes the solutions are quick, and sometimes we have to stay late to figure things out. That is just the nature of the job. We like being in the middle of Lucknow where everything is happening. It feels like we are right in the thick of things every single day, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
