Our place is out in Kamta Chinhat, specifically Plot No. 4 in Shankerpuri Colony. Lucknow is growing really fast these days, but we’re tucked away in a quieter spot. At Arable Ecoagro Private Limited, we focus on the land and whatever grows on it. It’s dusty work most of the time. We spend a lot of time looking at soil samples and talking to folks from the nearby villages. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. The office is pretty simple. We don’t have fancy rugs or one of those expensive coffee machines. Just some old chairs and the work that needs finishing. We deal with eco-friendly stuff because that’s the way things seem to be moving now. Most days start very early before the sun gets too high. By noon, it’s usually quite hot and we slow down a bit. We try to keep things moving. We aren't big on slogans or fancy talk. We just want to make sure the crops are doing okay and the farmers get what they need from us. Khasra No. 213 is where you’ll find us if you’re looking. Sometimes we just sit and have tea and discuss the market prices. It changes every single week. Being in Uttar Pradesh means dealing with a lot of paperwork. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a small team here. We all do a bit of everything. We're just normal people trying to run a business.
