We are located over at the Sahara India building on Kapoorthala Road. It’s a busy part of Lucknow, and we’ve been operating from this E12 spot for a while now. Most days are just spent handling travel requests and talking to people who walk in looking to get somewhere. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we stay busy inside. If you know the Kapoorthala area, you know how crowded it gets around here. We handle a lot of different things related to travel, mostly just making sure people get their bookings sorted out without too much fuss. It isn't a fancy setup or anything. Just a regular office with desks and some chairs for when people have to wait. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phones won't stop ringing, but that is just how it goes in this business. We know the local routes around Lucknow and further out pretty well by now. People usually come to us because they don't want to deal with the online stuff themselves. It’s easier to just talk to a person face-to-face. We keep the paperwork in order and try to keep things moving. There is always something to do, whether it is checking a schedule or confirming a car. We are just a local team trying to do our jobs every day. It's mostly about getting the details right so nobody gets stuck somewhere they don't want to be.
