Sarai Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Village Itki, specifically in the Siyar Toli area. We are right near the Panchayat Bhawan, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are walking through the village. Being in Itki means we are right in the middle of where the actual farming happens. Our daily routine is mostly about managing the collective work of the farmers who are part of our group. We don't have a flashy setup. The office is just a simple place where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the harvest or whatever problems are coming up with the soil. Sometimes the cows from the neighbors wander by while we are trying to get the paperwork done. It’s a very local operation. We spend a lot of time sitting and talking because that’s how things get decided here. Siyar Toli is a small place, so news travels fast, and we try to keep things transparent for everyone involved. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to make sure the farmers in Sarai have a way to organize their produce and get things to market without too much trouble. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land and the people well. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out, making sure the company stays active in the village.
